Only the Dispatcher can make this change. Consider the time of day and
urgency of this request.
Between 9am and 4pm, attempt a warm transfer to Dispatcher. If Dispatcher does not pickup, or it
is after hours and can wait until the next day, instruct the client to call back again choosing
menu option 5 between the hours of 9am and 4pm to complete their reservation/modification on
this date.
If this is an Emergency for an existing reservation, repeatedly warm transfer until the
Dispatcher picks up.
